*2 Night Minimum Stay Required on Saturdays & Sundays for July & August

Pet Policy

We Are Dog Friendly in Private Double & Single Rooms only. Leashes are required on the property and must be Flea & Tick Treated. Pets are not to be left unattended in rooms. Excessive barking is a noise disturbance and can upset fellow guests. No other pets permitted.  Thank you!

Important Times

Check In: 4:00pm - 9:00pm

*Failure to check in by the cut off time will forfeit your reservation and is non-refundable.

No Curfews after Check In. 

 

Check Out: by 10:00am

Late Check Out is 11:00am and can be added to your reservation when booking or after by email or phone.

*Failure to check out by the designated time may result in an additional night charge. 

 

Quiet Time: 11:00pm - 7:00am

*Rooms are not soundproof - See House Policies for details.

Daily Closure

Since the building is shared and common, we take cleaning & Sanitizing very seriously! We aim to provide you the cleanest and safest stay possible. In order to ensure cleanliness, we do close the Building Daily.

Daily Closure: 12:00pm - 4:00pm

No guests are permitted on-site during this time. Plan accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservation Adjustments and Cancellations can only be requested by sending us an email:   Thebackcountryinn@gmail.com

  • Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before Check In date are refundable minus a 10% total charge admin fee.

  • Reservations are non-refundable within 30 days of Check In date.
